30 YEARS OF MATRIX

There is something to celebrate, two things in fact, because MATRIX is celebrating a double anniversary: MATRIX was founded 30 years ago, and for 15 years we have been at home with our collections in the MATRIX shop in St. Johanns-Vorstadt. It's hard to believe how much time has passed. Has it really been that long?

A lot has happened. Looking back on our work, many wonderful memories come to mind. We have designed over 400 patterns and put a lot of muscle power into producing several thousand scarves, trays and other products in our print shop. Numerous wonderful encounters with our valued customers have always given us pleasure and motivated us to further develop the label and its direction. Some highlights stand out, such as the 2015 Basel Culture Prize or last year's legendary scarf exchange. Our collections are always connected to you, our dear customers. Your enthusiasm and appreciation are what drive us.

Founded in 1995, MATRIX designs, produces and distributes sustainable fashion accessories and household items. Craftsmanship and contemporary design are at the heart of our products, which are manufactured in small batches in our workshop in Basel.
