SUMMER BREAK

This summer, the MATRIX Shop will once again be closed for three weeks to allow us to focus entirely on designing our new collection. Our shop in St. Johanns-Vorstadt will be closed from 13 July to 3 August 2026. The MATRIX online shop will remain open during this period; we will dispatch your orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. The MATRIX shop will reopen on Tuesday 4 August 2026.

This design is inspired by the broom bush. The rigid stripe pattern is overlaid by an amorphous tendril, creating a structure with a striking visual effect. Now available in-store and online.

Since antiquity, the golden ratio has been used in the arts, in architecture, and in fashion due to its aesthetically pleasing nature. This principle of proportions describes a ratio that is perceived as particularly harmonious to the human eye and in mathematics, it is represented by the Greek letter Φ [fi:].

The new MATRIX Foulard Collection 2025/26 is inspired by the golden ratio and other mathematical number sequences. As such, we have drawn inspiration from the fields of science, nature, and design history to bring you the present iteration of foulards and scarves, screen-printed on silk and wool.
